1:1 Coaching & Support Programs

At Breathe Better Yoga, our 1:1 coaching & support programs are personalised containers for breathwork, mobility, and nervous system recovery. These sessions offer a safe, structured space for women and select clients to work gently and consistently toward their physical and emotional goals. Each plan is tailored to meet your needs — whether you’re healing from injury, easing back into movement, or seeking long-term support for stress, anxiety, or chronic tension.

Tailored Support That Lasts

These programs offer more than a private class — they’re an ongoing partnership. You’ll be guided through a process that supports your whole system: breath, body, and mind. We co-create goals together and build your plan around them, whether your focus is mobility, recovery, or nervous system regulation.

These programs are ideal if:

  • You’re recovering from injury, illness, or surgery

  • You live with chronic pain or movement limitations

  • You’re new to movement and want to build confidence

  • You’re seeking calm, regulation, and breath awareness

Note: These sessions are not physiotherapy, but are informed by rehabilitation and functional movement principles.

What to Expect

Each coaching program is a structured and supportive container, tailored to your needs and goals.

You’ll receive:

  • Weekly 60-minute 1:1 sessions (in-person or online)

  • A private consultation to identify your goals and needs

  • Personalised online portal with custom videos, plans, and home guidance

  • Breathwork and functional movement techniques

  • Nervous system support tools

  • Weekly check-ins via message or email

Sessions take place in a quiet, fully equipped studio, or online.

All props are provided for in-person clients.

Foundations Program

for older adults and beginners

Supportive, gentle movement to improve balance, confidence, and ease in your body. This track is ideal for older adults or anyone easing into yoga and movement for the first time.

Rebuild Program

for post-injury and pain recovery

Focused rehabilitation-based movement and breath practices to rebuild trust in your body, restore functional strength, and support mobility after injury.

Reset Program

for anxiety, stress, and burnout

Calm your system and reconnect to your breath. This track is breath-first, with an emphasis on downregulation, body awareness, and building resilience.
