Our Space in Limerick
Welcome to Breathe Better Yoga — a calm and welcoming yoga studio in Limerick city. This space was created with intention, offering you a sanctuary where you can move, breathe, and simply be.
Whether you’re completely new to yoga or returning to your mat, our studio offers a soulful, inclusive environment to support your practice. We focus on breath-led movement, functional yoga, and nervous system support — not just flexibility or fitness.
We provide all equipment, including high-quality Liforme mats, yoga blocks, straps, eye pillows, and blankets. Just bring yourself — and your own mat if you prefer!

Weekly Classes
Our weekly studio classes are thoughtfully designed to support your body, mind, and breath. Each class is beginner-friendly, with variations and support offered to suit all levels and abilities.
10:45am – Yin & Breath
A calm, low-impact class beginning with gentle guided breathwork while lying down to help settle the body and mind. The practice then moves into slow, floor-based movement to prepare the body before easing into longer-held Yin postures. Movement is unhurried, with time to explore each posture comfortably, and a long relaxation to finish.
Good to know:
This 50 minute class is entirely mat-based and very gentle, making it especially suitable for older adults, those returning to movement, or anyone seeking a slow, supportive practice.
1:10pm – Lunchtime Express Flow
A short, energising vinyasa-style class designed to fit into your lunch break. This class links breath with movement through a steady, continuous flow, supporting strength, mobility, and overall vitality. Expect a balanced sequence that moves through standing and mat-based poses, finishing with a brief moment to reset before returning to your day.
Good to know:
This 40 minute class is a more active daytime class, suitable for those with some yoga experience or anyone looking for a dynamic, time-efficient practice during the working day. The pace is accessible and adaptable, with options offered throughout.
6:00pm – Vinyasa Yoga (with Melinda)
A steady, breath-led class with gentle flowing movement. Expect a balanced mix of strengthening postures, mindful transitions, and moments of stillness to build stability, mobility, and awareness.
Good to know:
This 60 minute class has a strong physical element and is best suited to those who enjoy strength-focused movement. Options are always offered, and you’re encouraged to work at a level that supports your body.
6:00pm – Hatha Yoga
A steady, breath-led Hatha practice focused on building strength, mobility, and awareness through clear, well-paced postures. Expect time to explore each pose rather than rushing through sequences, with a balance of effort and ease and a grounded wind-down to finish.
Good to know:
This 60 minute class is active but not rushed, making it suitable for those who want to feel strong, centred, and energised without fast-paced flow.
7:15pm – Breathe & Restore
A deeply calming class combining guided breathwork with supported restorative postures. Expect minimal movement, plenty of props, and long periods of rest to help down-regulate the nervous system and release tension.
Good to know:
This 45 minute class is slow, quiet, and nurturing — ideal if you’re feeling stressed, tired, or overwhelmed.
