Breathe Better Yoga Studio offers a variety of weekly classes and monthly workshops in Limerick city from our new dedicated studio space. Whether it’s Hatha Yoga, Breathwork, Sound Experiences, or Cacao Ceremonies, there’s something for everyone.
All sessions are beginner-friendly and held in a warm, welcoming environment. We provide all equipment, including high-quality Liforme mats for every student to use. Join us from Monday 4th November in our cozy space, designed for relaxation, movement, and community.

Yin Yang ︱ Mondays 6.15pm
A dynamic yet grounding blend of active Hatha yoga and deep, meditative Yin postures. This class begins with flowing Hatha sequences to build strength and flexibility, followed by longer-held Yin poses that stretch deeper into the muscles and connective tissues.
