Kelly's Qualifications
Kelly holds a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification. She has also successfully completed a comprehensive 8-week Breathwork Instructor Course.
Kelly has also acquired additional qualifications in specialized areas such as Prental Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Chair Yoga, and Yin Yoga, expanding her expertise to cater to a wide range of wellness needs.
