What Are Seasonal Retreats?
Our seasonal retreats are immersive studio experiences designed to help you reconnect with nature, yourself, and the energy of the changing seasons. These 3- to 4-hour mini retreats offer a rich blend of grounding movement, intentional rest, sound healing, and seasonal rituals.
Held in-studio at Breathe Better Yoga in Limerick, they’re a sanctuary from the busyness of everyday life — a chance to pause, reflect, and realign.

What’s Included:
Each retreat is unique, but may include:
Hatha or Yin yoga
Breathwork and guided meditation
Sound bath or healing instruments
Rituals and journaling
Cacao ceremony
Seasonal activities (e.g. flower crowns, candle making, nature walks)
Nourishing snacks or light seasonal food
A thoughtful welcome gift to take home
Everything is beginner-friendly and all materials are provided.
