What Are Soulful Sundays?

Soulful Sundays is a monthly community-based offering from Breathe Better Yoga.
Each event is a gentle, heart-led experience combining movement, stillness, nature, and ritual to help you slow down and return to yourself.

Every Soulful Sunday is different—but the intention is always the same:

🌬 To breathe
🌞 To reconnect

Sometimes we’ll walk. Sometimes we’ll stretch. Sometimes we’ll sip cacao or lie under sound bowls. But always, we’ll show up with softness and space.

What to Expect

Each Soulful Sunday is thoughtfully curated to match the season, the energy, and the needs of the community. Events may include:

Mindful walking or movement outdoors

Gentle Hatha or restorative yoga

Breathwork and meditation

Rituals, journaling, or reflection

Seasonal inspiration—flowers, cacao, nature-based practices

Grounding community energy in a safe, welcoming space

No experience is ever the same—but all are beginner-friendly and held with care.
