💭 What is Hatha Yoga?
Hatha Yoga is a traditional, breath-based form of yoga that combines postures (asana), breath awareness (pranayama), and intentional pauses to bring the body and mind into harmony. It’s a slower-paced practice compared to flow or power classes, giving you time to explore each shape and deepen your connection to breath and movement.
Rather than rushing through poses, Hatha helps you move with clarity, alignment, and awareness.
