This short Yin-Yang yoga class is designed to help you reconnect—gently. Whether you’re moving through a busy week or easing back into your practice, this is a space to pause, breathe, and return to yourself.

🌓 What is Yin-Yang Yoga?

Yin-Yang yoga blends two complementary styles of practice:

  • Yang is the active, dynamic movement that builds strength and energy

  • Yin is the still, quiet stretch that supports deep release and reflection

Together, they help you balance effort and ease, strength and softness, movement and stillness.

It’s a beautiful way to support your nervous system, reconnect to your breath, and feel more at home in your body.
