✨ What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a meditative, breath-led style of yoga where postures are held for longer periods—usually between 2 and 5 minutes. Unlike more dynamic styles, Yin targets the deeper connective tissues of the body (fascia, joints, ligaments) rather than muscle activation. The result is a practice that promotes deep release, flexibility, and nervous system regulation.
