This short Yin Yoga session is an invitation to soften, slow down, and reconnect with your breath.

Whether you’re feeling tense, tired, or just in need of a mindful pause, this calming 15-minute video is a beautiful way to ease into your body and create space for rest. With just three gentle postures—including Bound Angle Pose and a nourishing side stretch—you’ll experience the essence of Yin: slowing the body to soothe the mind.

✨ What is Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga is a meditative, breath-led style of yoga where postures are held for longer periods—usually between 2 and 5 minutes. Unlike more dynamic styles, Yin targets the deeper connective tissues of the body (fascia, joints, ligaments) rather than muscle activation. The result is a practice that promotes deep release, flexibility, and nervous system regulation.

It’s a perfect antidote to our fast-paced lives—and a powerful tool for slowing down both physically and emotionally.

No props are needed. Just a yoga mat (or do it on your bed) and a few quiet minutes to yourself.
