What to Expect
Hatha Flow Yoga
Start the morning with an uplifting yoga flow to awaken your body and refresh your energy. This practice will help you shake off the heaviness of winter, creating space for new growth and vitality. Suitable for all levels.
Nourishing Brunch
Enjoy a homemade yogurt & granola bowl with fresh fruit, made with natural, wholesome ingredients. Vegan and dairy-free options are available upon request—please inform us in advance of any dietary needs.
3 Bridges Walk
Step outside for a mindful walk along the scenic 3 Bridges route. This is an opportunity to connect with nature, move with intention, and breathe in the fresh air as you reflect on the new season ahead.
Cacao Ceremony & Reflection
Return to the studio for a gentle heart-opening cacao ritual, allowing you to pause, reflect, and set intentions for the coming months.
Yin Yoga & Sound Bath
Sink into deep rest and relaxation with a nourishing yin yoga practice, followed by a soothing sound bath to help you fully unwind. Expect to feel grounded, balanced, and refreshed.
Closing Meditation
A quiet, meditative moment to seal the experience and carry the energy of renewal with you as you step back into daily life.
