Let the Practice Meet You Where You Are
This week is about easing back in—whether you’re returning to your mat after a break or just starting out. It’s okay to meet yourself where you are.
We’re celebrating breath, flexibility (in body and schedule), and gentle support.
Special Full Moon Class – Monday 12th May
Our Yin-Yang class on Monday evening will be a special Full Moon-themed practice—blending movement, stillness, and breath to reflect and release.

Free 10-Minute Chair Yoga Taster
This short seated yoga class is perfect if you’re low on energy, dealing with stiffness, or simply want to move gently. All you need is a chair and a few quiet minutes.
